Referral Terms
Concreit's base referral reward is $10. When you become an eligible Referring User with a Concreit Investment Account you can earn $10 of Reward Fee Waivers on your Concreit Investment account each time someone becomes an eligible new Referred User with a Concreit Investment account using your personal invitation code or referral link. Each new eligible Referred User referred by you also will receive $10 of Reward Fee Waivers on their Concreit Investment account. These Rewards will be awarded after both you and the new customer(s) meet the eligibility requirements below and in accordance with the Concreit Referral Agreement. Rewards under the Concreit Referral Promotion are limited to $500 of Rewards awarded per calendar year per Investor and a $5,000 lifetime limit. November 20 - November 30 Referral Rewards
If during the promotional period starting at 12:00am UTC on November 20, 2023 and ending at 11:59 UTC on November 30, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”), you become an eligible Referring User with a Concreit Investment Account you can earn $30 of Reward Fee Waivers on your Concreit Investment account each time someone becomes an eligible new Referred User with a Concreit Investment account using your personal invitation code or referral link. Each new eligible Referred User referred by you also will receive $30 of Reward Fee Waivers on their Concreit Investment account. If during the promotional period starting at 12:00am UTC on November 08, 2023 and ending at 11:59 UTC on November 19, 2023 (the “Promotion Period”), you become an eligible Referring User with a Concreit Investment Account you can earn $30 of Reward Fee Waivers on your Concreit Investment account each time someone becomes an eligible new Referred User with a Concreit Investment account using your personal invitation code or referral link. If during the promotional period starting at 12:00am UTC on August 1, 2022 and ending at 11:59 UTC on August 14, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”), you become an eligible Referring User with a Concreit Investment Account you can earn $25 of Reward Fee Waivers on your Concreit Investment account each time someone becomes an eligible new Referred User with a Concreit Investment account using your personal invitation code or referral link. Each new eligible Referred User referred by you also will receive $25 of Reward Fee Waivers on their Concreit Investment account. These Rewards will be awarded after both you and the new customer(s) meet the eligibility requirements below and in accordance with the Concreit Referral Agreement. Rewards under the Concreit Referral Promotion are limited to $500 of Rewards awarded per calendar year per Investor and a $5,000 lifetime limit.
August 27, 2021 - October 31, 2021 Rewards
If during the promotional period starting at 12:00am UTC on August 27, 2021 and ending at 11:59 UTC on October 31, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”), you become an eligible Referring User with a Concreit Investment Account you can earn $50 of Reward Fee Waivers on your Concreit Investment account each time someone becomes an eligible new Referred User with a Concreit Investment account using your personal invitation code or referral link. Each new eligible Referred User referred by you also will receive $50 of Reward Fee Waivers on their Concreit Investment account. These Rewards will be awarded after both you and the new customer(s) meet the eligibility requirements below and in accordance with the Concreit Referral Agreement. Rewards under the Concreit Referral Promotion are limited to $500 of Rewards awarded per calendar year per Investor and a $5,000 lifetime limit.
Eligibility
- Your eligibility is dependent upon the following:
- You must invite a Potential User using the links Concreit provides through the Platform for Referrals;
- the Potential New User must meet the established eligibility requirements becoming a Referred User.
if Concreit determines at its sole discretion that you have breached any term, condition, obligation, duty, covenant, undertaking, representation or warranty (see the Section on Compliance in the Concreit Referral Agreement), your participation in the Referral Program will be revoked and no Rewards will be given.
AND
- Each new Referred User referred by you must:
- Create a Concreit Investor Account through the Platform
- Connect their Concreit Investor Account to their bank account
- Complete their Investor Profile through the Concreit App
- Confirms their identify, including successful broker-dealer and KYC/AML checks
- Maintain an account in good standing
Additional Information
Promotions are limited time offers. Concreit reserves the right to restrict, revoke or change its offers at any time at its discretion. Concreit is not responsible for any failure on your part to maintain your account in good standing or otherwise meet standards for qualifying for these promotions. These promotions only apply to referrals of new Concreit customers. For the avoidance of doubt, if either you or the customer you refer is ineligible for the reward under this promotion, neither party will receive the reward. Referral awards are made at the sole discretion of Concreit. All referrals must be made in accordance with the Concreit Referral Agreement.
